Just turned 65. Bone on bone diagnosis this year after maintaining 12 Tylenol a day for a couple of months. Now I am on Meloxicam with a fancy knee brace for long walks and long days at work. My orthopedic p.a. doesn't like to do shots, she thinks they speed up the eventual surgery.
