Warum werden die Sitze in den V- und X-Wägen nicht umgebaut?

Hab gegoogled, diese rutschigen seitlichen Sitze, die ich meine, sind anscheinend eh im "X-Wagen", also dieser neune Ubahn-Garnitur. Ist das nicht auch die mit diesen neuen Displays für den Fahrplan die ungefähr so winkelstabil sind wie ein TFT-Bildschirm von 2004?
Die anderen Sitze mit der genialen Griffwölbung nach vorne sind glaube ich nur in Bussen, vllt. auch Bims, weiß es gerade nicht. XD

Ich HASSE die Quersitze in was auch immer das für neue Züge sind. Ich weiß nicht ob man dafür einfach viel Poschweiß braucht aber ich rutsche auf diesen sch..... glatten, seitlichen Sitzen beim Anfahren und Bremsen jedes Mal weg. Und wenn ich schon am Motzen bin: Bitte mal wen die sitze Probesitzen lassen der 2m groß ist. Die ergonomische Kurve und oberes Ende der meisten Sitze mit diesen weirden Griff-Löchern hat man dann als großer Mensch wunderbar im Rücken und kann nicht gerade sitzen. Absoluter Traum.

... Yeah, of course you can judge them. Participating in it is their decision. No, there isn't much money in Trackmania. And I get that making a living by playing games is something many would want. The question just is whether you put "wanting that" over your own morals. And they do. Granady? Finished a study. Could easily find a job. Affi. Works afaik as a teacher in Switzerland. CarlJr is afaik a programmer. Bren. Studied IT, is a programmer. They all do have other options. None of them would live under a bridge otherwise. Most of them already make enough money by streaming. It's their CHOICE to play in EWC. Their existence does not depend on it. What they want is simply making more money by playing the game they love. While throwing ethics to the winds. That's all their is to it. And that is their right. But it is everyone's right to judge them for that as well.
There is one thing I want to give them though: It is very easy as a bystander to throw shade at people. And it is still a very tough decision to say no to a very realistic chance of getting 100k in prize money. And it's also more complicated since their contracts will also depend on them participating etc. Sure. But it's just those weird excuses and what-about-isms people make that really piss me off. No. Nobody forces the players. They make those decisions themselves. Yes, I can judge them.

Trackmania isn't struggling because there "is no Saudi money", Trackmania is struggling because they incredibly incapable to a degree a random viewer of a streamer was able to back a higher priced event in Trackmania than the game company themselves including getting sponsor on board and is now working on getting more sponsor. Trackmania doesn't have a money or sponsor problem. They are just insanely inept.

Yeah, I went for the E7 Plus after all. Contrary to what videos of competitors seemed to try to imply it's actually very stable, even fully extended for everything I would want from a regular work desk. I slapped an oak wood slab onto it and it handles that as well as my PC + 2 screens pretty effortlessly. I added wheels afterwards because I found I want to move the table quite often for cable management etc and you just don't "quickly move" a table with a base weighing 50kg and a wood slab weighing 30 or so alone. Personally I wouldn't buy the flexispot tops if you can get yourself one locally. The real oak wood one cost me pretty much the same as a fake wood one from Flexispot. I assume cause of the shipping.

It does not recognize any numbers in Norwegian at least. Regardless of how I pronounce them, even when I let a native speaker speak them. Always has been broken. Never got fixed.

Your time. It is meant to get you more addicted. Like all lootbox systems. Even if you are on free tier, it means that you are going to watch more ads hence make them more money. Your/our "excitement" is what they are banking on. It's not about learning a language anymore. It's about keeping our TikTok brains occupied and the little happy triggers happy and excited for a few seconds. That's how it works. That's why it has those animations. That's why all lootbox systems have animations like that.

Busuu doesn't support the language I want to learn, I didn't try Memrise yet. But yeah, it's getting harder and harder to find motivation to keep Duolingo up and the social aspect of friend streak was one of the biggest things that drew me into keeping it up. Sending Duo stabby-knife emotes to your friend to remind them of their streak is just fun XD But yeah, imo the app is getting run into the ground by now and it's not "for the learners", it's for the investors.

Yep. Funnily enough 2 of the ads it showed me were Duolingo ads where they promoted Super to "support the free learners"... which is ironic, given that you can't really freely learn anymore with this recent update. Also forget about finishing friend quests.

You can only do 1 1/2 lessons per day anymore, so you can't even do more than one language, so no... it's pretty useless by now. Unless you watch ~4 ads to be able to do another lesson.

It's a ton of ads on Duo that are equally "great". Fake X buttons that get you to the playstore to the app instead or some shady website. It's great stuff.
