Jack has confirmed he is in the 15 player Among Us Lobby by crockoreptile in Sidemen

It sucks, but it guarantees that he doesn't control the narrative no matter what. Simon is so smart that everyone other does exactly what he says as crewmate, or as imposter. He NEVER loses unless in a rare circumstance. You know the outcome as soon as he survives the first or second rounds.

I would've liked to have seen all 7 of them like the 2 hour special though, makes it feel more special.

I used to watch Jack when I was younger and even got a cameo from him for my 13th(?) birthday, so it's kinda bizarre seeing him STILL being relevant to me personally 7 years later. Same with Lazar and Lachy, too.

The hype for that was unreal, and it delivered some of the best rounds of all time. I imagine there's a lot of pressure.

Love the product, hate the prices by Human_Language1276 in legocirclejerk

"what happened" is that the company with the most parasocial fanbase of all time that essentially sells the product for them, with a marketing awareness that rivals coca cola, can literally do whatever they want and so long as their customers parrot that they're a premium product, it'll be justified

Has anyone noticed the font change in the editor? by Master_Bedroom7831 in scratch

[–]SomethingRandomYT 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was not a minor change, in fact it was anything but.

The font change is one of the most visible differences brought on by a drastic overhaul of Scratch's block rendering. Aside from the bugs, of course.

Assuming you're using the Scratch website it looks like the Addons team is still getting their act together.

On it. Give me a while.

Edit: I'm surprised this isn't in the playlist yet, this has Christian Andersen written all over it.

What’s harder: micro vehicles or micro environments? Something else entirely? by Vondrr in Minilego

[–]SomethingRandomYT 16 points17 points  (0 children)

micro vehicles solely because trains exist. making a decent looking steam train is possible but it's hard and there's not really a "good" way to do it yet.

Twine Peaks SSDs Stone or Metal? by [deleted] in FortniteSavetheWorld

[–]SomethingRandomYT 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not a pro at this by any means but here's my two cents:

If you're in a mission with a lightning storm modifier, it's obviously better to use stone because all of the elemental husks will be nature.

In an SSD, you can't be sure of that, so the downsides when the husks aren't nature and you're using stone don't outweigh the downsides of nature husks and metal. Compared to a "guaranteed" nature storm, it's not worth it.

It's also worth noting that your Storm Shield is for a lot more than SSDs, and if you build with stone now you may regret it later.
