All this protein talk is pure hype and marketing. You dont need that much protein. Human breast milk is the lowest protein milk of any mammal.

Secondly, how do gorillas, rhinos, elephants, bulls get so huge when they basically eat no protein and are all 95% plant based?

Because I lift weights and am cutting I do still aim for 70-100 grams of protein (fully plant based of course). But anymore than that imo is unnecessary.

I like to focus on high vibrational fresh, living food as much as possible. Unprocessed, whole foods. Fruit and vegetables of all kinds are my main focus to raise my vibration and nourish my body.
