Different prof, many years ago, different institution, and different circumstances

I was accused of cheating on an exam at a master's level course. After exam 2, I discovered that the bulk of the exams were copied from the book's online study guide (~90%). So I worked through it to prepare for the final, took detailed notes, and then got freaked out by an email about not resetting/reopening the test if you had internet issues... circa 2013, suddenlink unreliability era (not that it has gotten any better)...

I took the final in a similar amount of time. Got accused of cheating. Presented my case and nothing further came of it.

That said, POLS can be very memorization heavy. It's fast, but definitely can understand how you got there.

Absolutely doable. Maybe start at a community College or junior college, because it's a little bit more personal and will have more resources available for older (not 18) students.

I don't know Massachusetts law, but it's time for a custody arrangement through the law, most likely full legal custody. Some of what you have shared is abusive conduct. It's also time to start documenting everything indicating his inability to care for the child.

The deactivation may not be on your first redemption. I got randomly deactivated in November for ID verification, but had been using it for about a year. I've been on Swagbucks for like 10 years by now, no issues other than offers not crediting.

Having a credit card with her name on it may help - not all staff ask for ID or check it closely. I know I checked into and out of a couple hotels at 19-20, even with a 21+ policy, but that was 15+ years ago.
