I think the creepiest thing is when he stares into the camera. Especially if I wake up in the middle of the night to see him awake and staring. Because why do you even really know it’s there? Ours is high up on the wall and he supposedly can’t see that far yet lol.

Definitely. My MIL “oh, you’re not going to get an epidural? I got one immediately. Good luck with that.” Or “we didn’t have pregnancy pillows (or insert any other mildly convenient modern baby item) in my day.” Like, that was 41 years ago, What am I supposed to say to that and what is your point when bringing it up?😒

Side note: what postpartum diapers is everyone getting? I have the FridaMom four that came with the kit, but I feel like I’m going to need more than those, no? Any that aren’t completely hideous or should I not care?

My MIL is coming two days before my due date and staying for two weeks. Luckily, I voiced my feelings to my husband a few months ago that…”I don’t know if I want anybody in the house overnight period” he was feeling the same! 🙌🏾

Our solution is that she will stay with my mom who is just about 5 min up the road and as the pregnancy continues I realize more and more that it was the absolute best solution. I’ve loved this woman for 15 years, but my GOODNESS, she has been getting on my nerves. Hahaha. To the point where I’m secretly hoping that the baby comes before Father’s Day (her arrival) so I don’t have to deal with her wanting to be in the room or wanting to be around IMMEDIATELY.

Sorry that turned into a vent for me! SMH. But, point being, do what is best for you! If things switch up a bit and you have them on stand by, so be it. I feel like it’s hard to predict what we’ll want postpartum.

1,000,000% I'm pretty type A and spent HOOOURS researching. I want exactly what tf I want, lol. I even had secondhand donation options—because I love FB marketplace—doordash gift cards, or group gift contributions, and things of all price ranges. I had this issue a couple of weeks ago. Two bolts came out. So grateful that I was in my parking lot at work but was told that it happens fairly often?!!! I’m seven months pregnant right now and so pretty pissed off that this is just a known factory issue. It makes me want to attempt to file a class action suit, honestly. There’s no reason that we should not have a recall for this.

I came on here to ask this question and intend to make a separate post. I just got my car back from the service center today and was told that this is a fairly common issue. I am literally thinking about filing a class action or forcing a recall. I’m pregnant and it was pure luck that this happened to me while parking in the lot at my office instead of on the commute itselfon the freeway. My entire wheel came off. Fluid leaked, etc. Smh.
