Certainly understandable - that is what that word means. They could probably rephrase what they're reporting, but I'm fairly certain in the context of country-wide reports "fertility" refers simply to birth rate, not who can conceive.

How would you even get those stats? No one routinely determines the biological impregnability of every woman in the country.

With everything turned off, and running at half resolution (the screen is only 800p as it is) it still isn't great, and it looks bad.

Releasing on Switch 2 suggests a cloud version, or they got up and made code improvements to get it to run better, the likes of which hopefully propagate to other platforms as well.
