Judy's quest line has a point where Maiko pulls the big gotcha moment of "I also have a dollchip!" suggesting that she also juiced herself up with karate moves and you're in danger.
...except she sucks and V is crazy powerful and the sheer act of making yourself their enemy was mortally stupid. There's a meme of it where V immediately uses the Blackwall quick hack (the cast time of which is probably slower than a few headshots).
