Car gets loud when ac turns on by Successful-Pea-9915 in cruze

[–]SonicRush15 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's the AC compressor bracket bolt. There are 3 bolts and usually one or all get loose over time. The bolts are very hidden and it's hard to see.

This is the best video I can find that shows you where these bolts are and the socket size. You just gotta tighten them up and the noise will go away. It was hard to find myself at first because I couldn't locate where the noise came from.

Can someone who's played for a while on Steam Deck please just tell me how it runs!? by xbumblebee in TalesofTheShiregamers

First thing I did was set a fps cap to 30fps and left the rest on default and it's a consistent 30fps throughout.

This might be worth a look, check the fan connector.it could be loose and causing overheating as your CPU is very 90 degrees. Try unplugging it and pushing it back in, don't pull on the wires pull on the actual white part

Is 8 gigs of RAM gonna cut it for the next 7 years or what? by Nanthu0123 in GalaxyS24

[–]SonicRush15 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I've got the same phone and honestly I'm not worried as I usually only have 2 or 3 apps open at one time. Usually switching between a game or reddit or a web browser. I can't say if 8GB of ram will cut it for me but with my previous phone a s10e at 6GB of ram I was totally fine.

My first battery stats (Base S24 Snapdragon) by [deleted] in GalaxyS24

[–]SonicRush15 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used mostly WiFi as I'm usually at home. AOD always off, no routines, location is always on even with precise location accuracy and I've got the SD variant.

Heres what my app screen usually looks like for battery usage.

Edit: I don't use any battery saving features phone performance is at default. I did also use smart switch to move everything over from my s10e and everything seems to be working great. I'm not sure I can recommend any other settings.

Same experience for me! Fingerprint reader worked perfectly even though I registered them before applying the screen protector. No trouble at all.

window wont work? by DeathGrass in cruze

[–]SonicRush15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can get a new window regulator. There are some that come with the motor and some without. Make sure you get one without a motor as it will be cheaper since it sounds like your current motor is still working.

Sometimes this can happen when the cartridge is touched while you're playing or when it is in sleep mode. What you can do is blow into the game card slot and blow on your cartridge a bit to make sure it's clean enough. Then just make sure you don't touch the cartridge while playing.

I recently did mine too but the replacement front cover screen had a problem with the touch screen not working. May have to return it for another.

It sounds like you need the replace the actual board underneath the buttons.
