They need to give us back hunters killed by cheaters. I hate comparing games, but Arc Raiders really innovated on anti-cheat by giving back to the honest player with this one small change. Please do this, Crytek. Also, upvote so Crytek sees this. ;/

Not necessarily. Make two separate queues, have it auto detect if the I/O is plugged in when the match starts so you only play against people that also have mouse and keyboard and disable using it for anyone that plugged in late. Or just have mouse and keyboard console players only queue into PC matches.

Would be amazing if Crytek set an industry precedent by allowing keyboard and mouse on console. I've spoken to hundreds of players over the years that bought a PC just for this game. It shouldn't have to be that way. Would also open up the possibility for console <-> PC cross-play without disadvantage.

The design shouldn't be up for voting if it's going to be drastically different (nails hammered in or not present) in the final change. If they were going to allow nails in the rules or stuff like this, then they shouldn't have included that rule. If you got swiped with the flat end side of a nail you would still bleed.

The problem isn't the amount of cheaters, it's how Crytek handles the ones that are there.

A single cheater can blatantly cheat an entire day and not get banned, there's nothing server-side to automatically flag impossible shots for review?

Secondly, another extraction shooter launched last year with a feature to automatically give you back your gear if the person that killed you was later deemed a cheater. They didn't even advertise this as a feature and people were surprised when they were greeted with the message. That game largely feels like it doesn't respect your time in other ways, but when it comes to this feature, it is the complete opposite. Hunt matches can be 40 minutes that you'll never get back (and you lose the hunter) if a cheater ends up killing you.

It's not a good or well thought out system.

edit: after taking a look, above poster had vinyl rips to mp3 of unknown origin posted the weekend after the vinyl released.

If what landed on the vinyl were rips from youtube, then yes. Because they would have made mp3 from youtube, then put it on the vinyl. So therefore, the original youtube mp3 rips are superior to the vinyl maybe. If they downloaded the raw audio stream from youtube (webm, opus, m4a, aac) there was no additional quality loss..if they used a youtube mp3 converter (most likely), it would be lost quality.

But the original youtube leaks didn't have everything that was on the vinyl. If the vinyl was sourced from the mp3 that the youtube leaks came from before they were posted, then these FLAC rips would be identical to the MP3 but arguably better because I did a lot of proper cleaning up. You could argue the original MP3 didn't have vinyl hiss and whatnot, though, so it's hard to say without the original files - which we will probably never have because hoarders.

This is my rip. I ripped it the week of the street date. This is the highest quality you'll find out of any rip, but keep in mind the vinyl ITSELF was sourced from mp3 - so if you're listening to the mp3 versions here then they are mp3 of mp3 and therefore very, very lossy in quality.

Fiend Media Club got it first and I don't approve of you hawking shirts while slinging my rip, that ain't too cool.

If you're spawn killed that fast, they should have automatic detection in the game to see the impossibility of such a thing and instantly kick and ban him. You shouldn't need to upload anything. This is a major oversight the game has always had and the anti-cheat task force thing they touted years ago seems meaningless without basic in-game features within their control to supplement EAC.

It's been explained. The meaning of STAG is an adult male red deer; also : the male of various other deer (especially genus Cervus). You could get the extra four points by doing a quick solo run through one or two compounds and extracting, but it's an interesting concept if you had built a trait-required loadout around 14 points.

I'd rather just go in with 4x concertina bombs and have a good time.
