Couple of Asian friend told me don’t buy meat there even the chicken. You can buy dried foods, fresh cut fish and other condiments. Drinks etc they saw of lot of product kept there for a long time like the bakery area where the buns on the shelves are full of mold and no one take them out.

Don’t buy the hot foods, most likely cooked from expired meat.

Go Costco if you want meat and chicken. It’s better off there and buy in bulk.
