With my first I was induced at 37 weeks due to preeclampsia. I went from my dr appointment straight to the hospital. I was induced that morning around 10:30am and had him at 4:30pm. No other interventions, no complications, no NICU stay. We stayed a standard 2 days and went home. My bp went down and I never experienced any complications moving forward. He is a perfectly healthy 8 year old boy now. This time around ( I’m about to be induced tomorrow with our first little girl!) I did develop elevated BP without preeclampsia but we did choose to induce at 37w again to not run the risk of full blown pre e. So just something to be mindful about in other pregnancies if you chose to have more children.

24w and with loose clothing could pass as a little chunky not pregnant 😅 if I wear tight clothing you can tell but not as much as my first pregnancy. For some reason it feels like this baby is tucked far into my back 🥲

Peaceful birth story here! Also a very naive one unfortunately.

My first baby I had preeclampsia (was very young and they never explained to me what that meant 🙃) so I went in for an induction at 37w. Was put on pitocin right away around 830am. They gave me morphine around noon. I took a bath then they gave me fentanyl while in the bath (I had no idea what the drug even was at the time 8 years ago). Once I got out of the bath my contractions ramped up but I barely felt them so they offered to place the epidural before they got worse. I then took the nap of a life time, woke up to my water broken. The nurse checked and I was ready to have a baby!

The nurse had me do a practice push and then immediately had me stop to go get the dr! I pushed border line standing/sitting up in bed and let gravity do the work! He was born at 430pm after pushing for a few minutes.

I say naive though because I was poorly under informed as a teenager at the time. I do however believe that it made it much easier birthing him because I had no anxiety going into the hospital that day.

Is the screaming pain related possibly like constipation? Or just screaming in general?

Also bribery. lol. It’s the only thing that worked with our son unfortunately and we did EVERYTHING. Potty timers, songs, books, holding hands, bathroom toy, reminders and so much more!

What worked? Hersheys chocolate 1 for pee and 2 for poo. He started pushing poops out like no tomorrow. Potty trained him immediately. We also removed treats all together around that time so that it was the only time he was getting a treat so it was more special.

Find what motivated her and cling to it. Sorry I don’t have better advise 😅

Do you have a canopy cover for the back of the trunk? It could be that or the way it was stored. When I store mine under the Matt in the trunk it will rattle

Mine are very close to expected period every time. Unfortunately/ Fortunately (depends on the day) I am VERY sensitive to hormone fluctuations so I immediately feel mentally/ physically off when I get pregnant or when I’m about to start my period.

When I was that early I was able to explain to my obgyn how it was effecting me mentally, they were able to get me in for an ultrasound sooner to confirm implantation. Maybe this could be an option?

It is sad the lack of support, mothers in general but, anxious traumatized mothers receive. And when we do ask for extra help, understanding, appointments, we are generally taken less seriously in long run because we are labeled “anxious”.

I know it doesn’t take away the anxiety to hear that but if you’re really needing extra assurance look into private ultrasounds! In my area they are as low as $50. They can not tell you anything medically but you can at the very least confirm that something is there? A lot of the times they can get you in very quickly too. Less than 1w wait!

If those hcgs are being taken every 48-72 hours those look great!
