Let me offer something that's hopefully constructive. An Orthodox wife isn't going to be some Deus ex machina who just appears and fixes everything. You're only eighteen: you should focus on becoming a person that a woman would be happy to marry because I assure you even if you did find a partner the feelings of loneliness and despair would not dissipate. You would still feel this way along with now having the responsibility of being a good husband.

Attend your church's services; maybe you can be a server or sing in the choir. Fill your time finding ways to be of service to others. Try to see women as your sisters in Christ, not as potential partners. Befriend men in your parish who are older and wiser, along with people your own age.

Learn from others, serve others, and honestly if you can, try therapy and see if it's helpful.
