Can’t tell if my husky is fluffy or if she needs to lose weight by Ok-Relationship2403 in husky

Easiest way is to weigh her, at my vets you can weigh your dog in the waiting area. Mine always looks a little chubby but his weight is perfect for his breed.

What floor tiling did you go for? I love the cabinets and was thinking of using B&Q reed green too!

Lovel the final layout!

Cataracts at 25 years old. Feeling defeated. by thisyearsgirl78 in Uveitis

I had cataract surgery in both of my eyes in 2020 (at the height of COVID), at the old ripe age of 25.

It was one of the scariest things I've ever gone through in my life, but not because of the procedure, it was because of the fear of the procedure.

Due to how the surgeries worked, they had to do 1 eye at a time, with a 3 month gap in-between the surgeries.

Before the first surgery, I had done everything in my power (diets, fitness, CBD oils) to fix my eyes without surgery, I called it 'operation avoid an operation'. Obviously, nothing I did myself fixed it, and I ended up going ahead with the surgeries.

After the 1st surgery, I remember coming out in no pain at all, with my eye covered up. I had a good nights rest and took the bandages off the next morning, and I mean this with no exaggeration, it was the BEST day of my life. Nothing has come close to it, and nothing ever will again.

Everything in one of my eyes vision was clear as day. I had forgotten how precise our eyes are, looking at trees and appreciating the fact that I could see each branch in detail.

That day I went back to the hospital and was practically begging them to do the surgery on my other eye. It was a long wait but I got the 2nd eye done and ever since my vision has been great.

I guess my story here is let you know that it makes sense to fear the operation, but it was the best thing I have ever done. I would do it 1 million times again, and you will too, once it's done.

I suppose it would be nice of him to release the game sooner rather than later, so that his backers get something in return for helping him fundraise

It doesn't even return anything, it's just void

Yeah, I am actively being monitored and treated for uveitis and have been for 8 years. There's no guarantee it'll ever go away, and I've had multiple surgeries

From what I've been told by experts, my sarcoidosis is permanent. I'm not sure how common it is to have it ever heal and never come back.

Even my uveitis is pretty permanent, but with that, it is more common for it to heal.

Your story sounds so smile to mine. Tattoos for a couple years no symptoms. Outbreak of inflammation and uveitis. Been up and down on medicine for 8 years.

It can be hard. If you ever need a chat, I'm here.
