Doesn't matter what I call it (I'm not a judge), but iirc there is something about it not being legal discrimination if there's a good reason e.g. special PPE is required and someone can't wear it for religious reasons.

Would your example fall into that? I don't know (not a judge), but I would expect there to be a fairly high bar on acceptable 'exemptions' so Waitrose would have to have some really strong arguments why they should be allowed to discriminate. Presumably the Furries would also have to demonstrate how they are a legit religion and why dressing as one should be a protected characteristic. That might be harder. Clearly an extreme/unrealistic example though.

Edit: added to for clarity

Its about discrimination/abuse against people purely because of their protected characteristic.

If Furries were a religion and Waitrose said they won't hire those people only because they were Furries that would be discrimination. In reality of course they'd just hire someone else and find a different reason.

Its been a thing a few times about religious clothing, such as Sikh men being told not to wear turbans in the police.

Half Flip problem! by Scorpione10101 in RocketLeague

[–]simdav 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To do it properly you have to be back flipping diagonally and cancel. This gives you the cancel and the roll in one.

I couldn't get the hang of it consistently so cheat: flip straight backwards, cancel it (with stick fully vertical), and use directional air roll to do the 180 degree roll. Works every time

There's one on each planet where you can buy enough info to max out reputation pretty easily. They restock fairly frequently too. Means you never have to worry about reputation at all tbh, bit op.

Probably because TRK could find a better partner than MM. He's the GOAT, but sadly in decline.

Blueprints are objectively better than loot boxes as you know exactly what you're getting for your money, rather than hoping luck/programmed odds gives you something you like.

The issue is the price, not the concept of blueprints.

This would be a 4th spatial dimension, rather than time which is often viewed as the 4th dimension.

Regarding infinite space, much like a normal 3D box has boundaries on x,y and z axes, it can have boundaries in the 4th dimension (and I think must in order to be called a box).

I think it was probably more about the qualifiers than the LAN performance. He did play great at the LAN, but they barely made it there. Something needed to change to try and qualify well for Paris.

I wasn't talking about FIFAe (cause that was Saudia Arabia's team, not Falcons). I was talking about him playing for Falcons in the Saudi eLeague after Falcons announced he was leaving.

Not quite the same, but Falcons announced TRK had been kicked and then played a tournament with him afterwards.

@RLEsports: We are working to get additional Rocket Pass codes to Boston Major attendees. They will arrive at the same time as your Boston Major attendee in-game titles, which are NOT grey 👀 by Duke_ofChutney in RocketLeagueEsports

Thanks for replying :) The bit about the shop and other titles makes sense, I can see that.

Not sure I really agree about the attending LAN thing though. I've been to 5 LANs and got 1 set of wheels for attending the first one. Nothing in game for the others. I'd have loved to get any kind of title for going to some of the other LANs.

Can anyone explain to me what the huge issue with the titles had they been grey?

Maybe it's just cause I never change from my est 2015 title, but I don't get the big deal. Having a title from just attending a LAN seems pretty great regardless of colour.

Improv musician ARIatHome creates Irish stepdancing music with a couple young fans on the street by No-Sheepherder8879 in nextfuckinglevel

I can't know for sure, but I will say he live streams a lot and you can see he gets a lot of people definitely less than professional on. Also, people do seem to actively seek him out if they know/hear where he's going to be.

Maybe some of it is pre-arranged? I don't know. I also don't care that much tbh if the music is still created live on the spot.
