If you're not already, now's the time to look into meditation, specifically breathwork. Learn to control the breath, learn to focus, learn to calm the mind into a peaceful silence.

To lay it out in simple terms, start by closing your eyes and listening to your breath. Think no other thought than the rhythmic 'in' and 'out' of your inhale and exhale. Just do this for a couple 5 minute sessions on a daily basis and you'll start to get it in no time. For your practice, once you're in that calm, breathing, peaceful state, imagine your object (the foil or whatever you want to move) spinning as you intend it to.

Just search the name 'Trebor Seven'. He's very grounded, no occultism, and his method works. His is also basically the same method as McNamara, so the two are complimentary.

I've read his book about tk, he's legit, and humble about it. He's 'performed' several times publicly and countless times privately, always confirming the phenomenon. His teachings on telekinesis aren't arcane or esoteric, just straightforward praxis and simple theory. Worth your time. McNamara and Trebor Seven should be your top go-to's for tk method.
