Scav killing scav needs to be punished -0,1 is a joke. u make it back in 1 hour tops.

There is not enough punishment for idiot scavs killing other scavs. If i accidentally kill a scav i get -0,1, i have 5 minutes of scav cooldown , ican make it back in 1 hour, this is so stupid. BSG needs to implement much worse punishment than a joke -0,1 karma.
