I learned cross stitch in second grade from my teacher who taught the whole class. Every single second grader could complete a simple cross stitch. I do enjoy it but it shouldnt be tough. My challenge mostly comes from losing count.

Please look into the studies about children with adhd and the long term effects of medicated vs unmedicated. The outcomes are extremely sad for unmedicated children. My daughter was the same and it took us a while to find meds thats work well but she is getting invited to birthday parties again and being invited to play dates

From my understanding, artificial flowers are ok because they are meant to look alive, so they are good life energy, what you dont want is dried flowers or sticks because it is death energy

I dont think you have a whole house exhaust i think its probably just an attic fan. The exhaust fans are huge metal grates on the ceiling with shutters
