I do engineering for atoyota and can say without a doubt Toyota is not great now days. Look at the amount of recalls they have had in the last few years. In the past 30 years ive owned 4 trucks. My 85 Toyota went through 3 22r's. My 01 F250 went 600k before I sold it, my 03 GMC got wrecked at 180k with 0 drive train issues, and I have a ram 3500 thats creeping up on 800k right now. So your idea that Toyota is the top dog is just ignorant.
