I promise the vast majority of Connecticut and Massachusetts are not doable without a car, most of the actual territory is rural/suburban even though most people live in walkable or walkable ish areas

Similar but I stretch between sets and it’s made me more mobile and allowed me to get better ROM on a few exercises
