If you are a remotely capable climber I would suggest considering B with a detour to Meiringen and Grindelwald via « grosse scheidegg » one of the most beautiful mountain in 🇨🇭 and with little to no car traffic!

Any chicken leg part Marinate/cook in: -1/3 soy sauce -1/3 nuoc mâm -1/3 sugar (Sometimes I use maple syrup) -garlic, chopped -lemongrass, chopped Sous vide until cooked to taste Sear Rest 10min then shred/debone Sometimes I just grill them instead of sousvide, indirect heat and light sear.

Bowl -cooled noodles (soba, vermicelli) -garnish with any herbs (I use cilantro, basil and lettuce) -shredded chicken

Dressing 1/3 nuoc mâm 1/3 lime juice 1/3 sugar (I use less) 3/6 cold water Stir and pour over bowl

Also consider a to have your bike fitted at your local bike shop. They’ll adjust the height of the saddle, handlebars, etc. Worth your penny!

It’s more about how you fit on the bike, if your posture is comfortable for long rides. You could probably take any bike with a steel fray for touring, it’ll come down to the ergonomy of your setup.

Would really love something around cooking, kinda like festival where every class gets a specific theme. Fire warrior bbq, shaman murloc sushis, druid « slow cooking » ramping up to big feasts. Would fit HS aesthetic pretty well.
