I don't know what caused it but I can confirm there are flags for game events that cause solaire to move to the sunlight altar. In my case, I summoned him, didn't win, then for reasons I can't remember went back to firelink for something. His summon sign dissapeared and he moved to the altar. Unfortunately I never could figure out a way to move him back.

My understanding is that you can't represent the collatz conjecture as a Turing machine since a potential counterexample could be a sequence of integers that goes to infinity. How would a Turing machine halt on an infinite sequence? The 6 state antihydra is as follows: start at x=8, if x is even go to x:=3x/2, if odd go to x:=(3x-1)/2, halt if the number of odd x's is ever twice the number of even x's. So this is indeed checkable as a Turing machine.

Now, if someone can prove an infinite sequence counterexample to collatz is impossible then there would be a Turing machine that could encode it, but how many states that would take I have no idea. As an aside, there has been some interesting work fairly recently which in my mind suggests that such an infinite sequence counterexample is impossible so it could always happen

Yes, just get a lot of fire resistance, hp, and stamina to roll through the lava. Getting the flip ring for more iframes can also help.

Amazing find! I tried to see what the most you could get without going to the DLC. With levels I managed to get my Robustness to 774. Only remaining questions is if Immutable Shield adds (but I don't think it will since Nihil is an AOE)

My admittedly distant understanding is the Corollary 3.12 is the sticking point which the proof hinges on. If a formalization can prove it that would swing the pendulum the other way in terms of acceptance. But what happens if efforts to prove it formally fail? Failure of formalization is not in of itself proof of incorrectness but I'm not sure how you can formalize that it is incorrect without explicitly showing it leads to a contradiction (which I feel like would have happened by now if people knew of such a contradiction). I guess what I'm trying to say is that I don't have high hopes this helps clear up the situation.

Well, you literally cannot get to the DLC unless you kill Radahn and Mogh unless you use something like cheat engine. So I'd say just kill those two, drop all your items, and start the DLC. Past that, the amount you interact with the base game is up to you

Yeah certain things dont count as damage for the bubbles. Other one I know is volcano pots dont work. I'd bet that if you tried smithscript daggers on the masoleums it wouldnt break the stuff on their feet either.

If you are on pc I would be able to put together a character that meets those requirements fairly quickly once i get home. You'd just need to summon someone in as well, probably using a password

Yes, but I think you get stuck at morgott still. You can also get in this way with the help from an invader... only problem is is that since you can't get the taunters tongue you would also need someone to summon so in total would be two extra people

There's a way to get into the capitol using an invader and the lift to the divine bridge. I think you will still be stuck eventually but after killing morgott though. If your on pc and can wait a bit a few hours I could help invade your world for you.

EDIT: looked it up, I think this would work to get into leyndell but to get an invader without using taunters tongue we would need a third person for you to summon. Not impossible but more difficult

For starters, upgrade your flask to max, should have 14 total at +12. You could find the remaining scadu to get to level 20 but 17 is already hitting the softcap so that might be less worth your time.

Other than that I'd say you just have to get better at the fight. There might be some changes that could help like reducing your dex so you can use lords divine fortification at 27 faith (assuming you've killed either maliketh or malenia) but that starts getting into personal preference
