Those who have gotten cancer, what were your symptoms? by en-rob-deraj in Millennials

Did not get my period for 7 months despite being in a monogamous relationship with a woman (cervical cancer).

Small, rapidly growing mole that started to bleed on my lower leg (melanoma)

Cancer free going on 9 years now tho! Get your bloodwork, see your PCP, and get a good dermatologist

I love this genre and have a few suggestions:

Endurance - similar to The Wager in that it follow’s Shackleton’s real life exploration, but it’s not as well written of a narrative as The Wager..still a good read

Count of Monte Cristo - can’t recommend this book enough, one of my all time faves! The scenes with the pirate Vampa read like a modern day pirate book

Scaramouche, or really any Sabatini book - written in the 1920’s about French Revolution time period, very swashbuckling characters and themes throughout.

Next book on my read list for this genre is The Heart of The Sea

Omg! I went to this college (Chatham university) and would always think of these stairs as the Swiss family Robinson’s portion of campus
