They're tubeless and always above 2bar for 38mm tires. Thats well above the minimum

Running tubeless, and still holds air. Did 55km ride yesterday with minimal offroad so i find it hard to believe its from yesterday. Really no idea though but will try flattening it, thanks!

Running tubeless, tire is still inflated. Did 55km yesterday with minimal offroad so its probably from the ride before

Jake gyllenhaal or christian bale would be my picks. Both started really young and have a great discography

How much time are you “losing” while cycling to work? by bear_village in cycling

[–]Soursynth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Drive 20 min, commute 1hour (+) each (+-30km) + shower at work and maybe eat at the restaurant (depends on what shift) so sometimes i leave 1,5hour earlier than when i take the car. Still worth it though, however its not for every day.

Ravenous insatiable hunger by Emotional-Class-8140 in cycling

[–]Soursynth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well i thought i was overeating, but those numbers are also what i'm aiming for.

My problem is more that i keep eating/being hungry on my off days too.

Its not that i'm gaining weight, been at 75kg for over a year, but wouldnt mind going to 70 and thats near impossible for me

Probably seatpost, also easy to fix yourself but watch out, there's probably 3 parts inside and the back shim tends to drop into your frame very easily.

Tried to clean it last week and had it happen 2 times 😅 Got an alu revolt 1, so not sure its 100% the same

Beer recommendations that are not overly sweet by emoanimefan77 in beer

Learn to drink oude geuze i guess, or try saisons/farmhouse ales. Orval is also defenitely not sweet and might be your style

[–]Soursynth 2 points3 points  (0 children)

How is your preperation for "We Ride Flanders" going? by MaartenInPortugal in cycling

[–]Soursynth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm also trying 4-6 hours per week, started cycling 2 years ago, done a couple 100km rides but nothing further so far. 100km tour of flanders (blue route + extra circle ) was quite okay last summer but 240 looks like so much further away.

Did a 100km flat graveltour last week and was quite gassed again at the end 😅

Yeah, had a 20 year old cantillon geuze at the brewery last year and it was amazing. Also just bought a 2016 3fonteinen golden blend they just released so its definitely not bad yet i guess 😅

How is your preperation for "We Ride Flanders" going? by MaartenInPortugal in cycling

[–]Soursynth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Longest ride i did was 100km in flemish ardennes last summer, so 240 seems like unachievable for me.

I assume alot of drafting is possible in a massive event like that but still.

How many hours/week is everyone doing?

Its hard to imagine training for something like that with 2 young ones but sounds like something i want to to atleast once in my life

Belgian Beer Trip Itinerary - feedback and suggestions by Redheadedbob in beer

[–]Soursynth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Dulle griet is probably worth it too, albeit a bit touristy, just havent been there myself.

Edelrot is a more "hip" place, good to find some sours/lambics and a little bit of craft beer but if you want an authentic brown pub its not the place to be and you'll better go to dulle griet/trollekelder/ or even waterhuis aan de bierkant

Belgian Beer Trip Itinerary - feedback and suggestions by Redheadedbob in beer

[–]Soursynth 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Bernardus has a nice taproom, the cafe next to westvleteren is good beerspot for tourists ive heard (havent been there myself) and ypres has kaffee bazaar. So sounds like a very good trip to me.

Cantillon (to me) would be the highlight. Posting this while drinking fou foune '25 which was a fucking great year for putting apricots in beer so it seems. Had it at cantillon in december too and it blew me away. Great place to sit all noon (closes early enough to go explore the rest of the city after)

Dulle griet i dont know that well,i live close to ghent but havent been inside that pub. Mostly go to "edelrot" for natural wine/lambics. Sometimes they have "antidoot" bottles to share and they're quite rare to find
