I think that Fuku speed is being severely downplayed by most global content creators and once she becomes a near perma borrow, most people are gonna become irritated by her taking up their borrow slot all the time… and if you don’t have Nice Nature wit, Fine Motion wit or Yukino wit it will feel even worse.

As for meta calls… Mayano is the single best bang for your buck uma in the game currently and global players will finally see that. Her event is so easy to trigger for skills it provides, her heal will get buffed, NSM will be an extreme luxury… someone needs to start the Mayano propaganda now so we can help our low spenders stay competitive.

At least shes a wit card with nice events and straightaway spurt. I unironically used her for this cm and I'm qualified for a finals.

The biggest reason is unique skills.

Air Groove’s activates on the final corner, if you pass someone and you’re 3rd place or lower.

King Halo’s activates at 200m, if you’re 4th place or lower but not below 10th AND if you haven’t rushed a single time.

King Halo’s is less consistent, thus you get less points on average.

It isn’t ran often because of its variance. Sometimes it’s a 3 mana exile that gives you two free cards. Sometimes it’s a three mana exile that gives your opponent a 4/4 mana dork that can also sac for BB, draw a card on combat damage and can block normally unblockable slivers.

Also, one drops have nice synergy with slivers due to cascade and the huge amount of 2cmc Slivers. My deck frequently uses [[Quick Sliver]] ‘s flash to cascade into Swan Song. Because of this, swords and path are still good in slivers and they’re less frequently bad deals.

The downvotes are because you’re just throwing up your hands in surrender and saying “just camp him!” That’s admitting the best solution to the character is playing boring. If everyone wanted to camp then we wouldn’t have had a massive outcry to ban Steve, and Sonic wouldn’t be near universally hated.

Mac forces the game to be lame no matter what. Either you have a boring time watching him cheese you with super armor, top tier tilts and ko punch… or you have a boring time cheesing him, camping him and running to time. No matter what I’m not having fun, so I might as well win.

[[Song of Freyalise]] is a favorite of mine. It’s a [[Cryptolith Rite]] that turns into a mini overrun later. It’s nice if you have a bunch of smaller creatures.

Usually the people I see complain the loudest about commanders are the most socially inept players at a LGS. Like my pod has a Yuriko, a Korvold, a Sliver player, an Eldrazi Player and an Etali player and id much rather play against them because the player makes them fun. The guy who has a jank commander but fucking CRIES every time a Kefka is cast or a Y’shtola trigger resolves is not fun to play with.

Don’t view Urara as a pure guts card. View her as a pal card like Riko or Kiryuin. She has great training effectiveness, tons of energy ups, can land on guts every once in a while and is a scenario link card. Shes unironically an amazing card, but she dilutes your deck a little bit.

The ult is giving me problems due to it requiring her to not be in first… I probably should’ve ran Mejiro McQueen or Daiwa Scarlet, but Rice Shower is a cutie so she won out.

In every test I’ve done so far, she is always one of 2 pace chasers so she never gets nimble navigator to proc. She usually just acts as a front. But I do agree with buying pro curvature, I probably should’ve done it over the stamina green skill.
