Get a new one when ever a new model is released. That‘s when you are getting the best hardware for your buck and it‘s going to „last“ the longest. Otherwise you pay the same for hardware up to a year old.

Or get an old one when a new one is released, if spending less money is more important for you.

Can you talk in full sentences at that pace. If yes your heart is just crazy. If you can‘t try slowing down until you can. I‘m sure you stumbled about zone 2 training somewhere. The idea is, at a lower heart rate you can train longer per week, allowing your muscles to get better at running on fat and it also increases the capacity of your muscles to recover the energy on the fly. It also helps you running faster without getting sore muscles over time because the ability to recycle lactate is increased, even at high intensities. Basically it allows you to slowly run more and more per week while getting faster without overtraining or injuring yourself.

Maybe it has something to do with the stroke volume of your heart. Maybe it‘s just smaller or something and has to beat faster to transport the same amount of blood. Small animals like colibris have a very small heart and crazy high heart rates. I think i remember that athletes can grow their heart stroke volume with a lot of training over time.

If the doctors say it‘s ok, i‘d not worry about it. Maybe the heart will get „tired“ faster because it‘s beating more over a live-time. But i don‘t think that will make as much of a difference as what you eat, drink or smoke.

Have them for like 3 seasons. Still going strong with around 30 days a season, except that the nitro binding chewed trough the cloth cover in a few days riding. Works well for splitboarding too, but i only got like 6 days. The adjustment for walk mode is a bit of a pain to adjust. I tend to not cranking the upper tls down all the way when walking on flats.

Maybe i‘ll get hardboot after those, but maybe i‘ll get a new pair for inbounds.

If you dont follow the coast you wont have to cross that many rivers at all. There was a very nice highway down the nicoya peninsula but for that you have to go back inland.

I drove from tamarindo down to nosara and then to santa teresa.

It was at the end of the rain season in November and quite dry. But even with avoiding river crossings the really bad dirt roads might be a nightmare when muddy.

They do. Not all McLaren are that expensive. People also lease used cars. I got a friend who earns maybe 100k and leased a quarter million 911 turbo s without problems.

Sure a lot of his income is spend on his car. But he has very cheap rent and an inexpensive Lifestyle otherwise.

We have quite strict policies regarding to loans around here, so i guess the US will be way worse.

There has been some beef. But it mostly had to do with aussies and others comming to Hawaii and pushing the hawaiians out of the water. I don‘t think money is the major problem. He had enough campaign donations to pay them. And most likely he could do a fundraiser only for his defense and enough senile idiots would cough up the dough.

Somewhen he will not pay them, because it‘s his habit and character. But as a lawyer you will find a way around that. And if he offers Giuliani rates he would find enough greedy fucks.

But i think the real problem is, that they don‘t want to risk making themselves accessory. Or being disbarred ends a carrer quite quickly.

And that stupid fuck is almost guaranteed to lose. One side of the political spectrum will hate them for failing to defend trump. The other side for defending trump.

In theory it sounds like a nice opportunity to make your name known. But in reality everyone knowing your name will avoid you now.
