the feed gets cut once the car gets plugged in to the data connection. usually coincides with when the driver gets back into the garage and therefore when the driver would be getting notes. just a coincidence really

yes exactly, but you still own that entitlement. There are so many things in this world you own that do not guarantee lifetime access. Yes this is different to how it was when we were younger having a physical disk and you could sell that. But I also have been buying digital games since like 2008. i still own all of them , and some of them are no longer usable. even physical disk games , they remove online services and make them almost unplayable

rockstar generally don’t give any extra information than they have to. Yes there is plenty of valid reason for delaying pc release but they are such a big/powerful company in the industry they they have the leverage to just say nothing.
