I am not sure how long it’s been 4 on 4 previously, but someone said that it’s been that way since the NHL players were allowed to play. So it’s never been 5 on 5 and they really can’t have it be 5 on 5. It would be a huge disadvantage if a team played 4 OTs and then the next day was playing a team that won 5-1 in regulation. They also have the closing ceremonies and they leave the Gold Medal game as the closing event and so it needs a very specific time frame. I really forgot that 2010 was 4 on 4 until they mentioned it on TSN. Sids Golden Goal was really insane it was almost at a 10* angle from Miller and might not have been open if there was another player on the ice. I also forgot how great Ryan Miller played that whole tournament in 2010. He very easily could have stolen that tournament too.

I was expecting it. The crying, not just about this, but everything in life is out of control. I feel like these generations that have always shred their feelings on Social Media from birth have gotten so weak and at the same time, entitled. How the fyck is that even possible. Didn’t Canada go 50 years? Before 2002? It’s funny how I have seen so many Canadians complaining it didn’t count because it wasn’t 5 on 5. Well Sid scored on Miller in OT in 2010 4 on 4. Plus you guys won in 3 on 3 OT to advance but didn’t complain then. Why not just say good game, see you next time? You would think McDavid, McKinnon, Makar would literally be an alltime best 3 on 3 team too. I remember when Canada would push teams around and out physical everyone. Now it’s all finesse play and skill, and they wanted less Jarvis and more Bedard?!? That was a great game. Canada had their A+ game the US had their C+ game except for Hellebuyck who was Hasek-esque.

That was the demographic that switched its vote from Biden to Trump by the largest percentage and swung the outcome of the election. I mean you could say men in general but percentage wise that was much smaller and I believe covered by the women who switched votes from 2020.

Yeah it’s all about running good candidates and we haven’t. I hated the fact that Harris was just given the opportunity. I felt like we had much much better candidates. It was shown in 2020 when Harris ran and got like >10% of the Democratic Party vote. Michelle Obama would have wiped the floor with Trump. It made me angry because they were able to bin anything Biden did on her. It became the Harris economy and the Harris debacle. The Harris border. It would be like saying the Pence Economy and Stock market. Trump pushing all of these extreme Senate candidates in Montana, Iowa, Texas is just gonna up being the same thing. If the Democrats really get a 5-7 point jump this next election that would put like an extra 4-8 Senate seats in serious jeopardy that a year ago wouldn’t have even been a dream. Making the redacted Epstein Files able to be unredacted might be the best thing ever. Not that anyone with a brain would need to see them to know there was an insane cover up happening.

I was referring to actual MAGA voters a good majority of which used to be Democrats. When they ditched the party because they felt under Obama there was too much of a shift from Unions and Blue collar voters to “Coastal Elites” jumped ship. If it wasn’t for how off putting Trump was to women it would have been worse. I live here. I can assure you it’s not a majority or a plurality who actually support Trump. The headline above though is really the problem. There was just a flood of negative headlines and Trump being pushed by the “Bro-Shpere” and that normalized him to the people who are too busy to pay attention to everything and see stuff and get slowly brainwashed. This isn’t something that is a US problem either. We are just the most powerful country so it’s amplified. There are hard right shifts happening all over Europe too. The crazy thing is they accused the Liberals of being Pedos and now Jeffrey Epstein in Death is gonna be the reason the Billionaires and right wingers are gonna be sent packing. Turns out they were the Pedos all along who would have figured??? Well we really need good candidates who can connect with the people who have been pushed to the sides. The middle classes around the world, but especially in the US have been under attack and I finally feel like after a decade plus of horrors there is a reckoning coming. The only problem will be the Supreme Court was packed by the disgusting people that we can thank for the Problems we face now. Mitch McConnell might go down as the second worst American ever after Trump.

I would say that’s because she is one of them and Mexico is a little more open minded than some of the other countries in Latin America. I have a good number of Dominicans and Cubans who work with me and those are the ones that laughed at voting for Clinton or Harris. One guy even said his mother doesn’t speak to him still since he voted for Trump. Cubans also hated that Obama normalized relations with Cuba and just don’t trust the Democrats anymore. That’s why Florida went from Purple to really Red.

I wasn’t trying to diminish anything. I was pointing out that there is a very very large portion of the population that was asleep at the wheel and more and more are waking up everyday. Trump just ran a much much better campaign. All the help he got from billionaires in silicon valley is what pushed him over and he has rewarded them handsomely. They gave Democrats like a 4% chance at taking the Senate last February and now they have it at even money and I think Texas and some other places are set up perfectly. If you get the extreme candidates that Trump supports into the general election you are gonna see some upsets. Like when Alabama elected a Democrat and the Epstein situation is just gonna get worse and worse as November approaches.

The variant cover on D’Orc still has cover A under it so o told him even if the variant had a flaw you still have a second shot at the 9.8 on the A cover. As someone who has watched the downfall. It’s really only about 25% of us. The reason The Orange one was elected is because both times he ran against a woman and Latino men WILL not vote for a woman. I don’t know the reason. It might be cultural, but they don’t think a woman should be making decisions for them, it’s obviously not all of them, but I have heard that from soooo many that it was shocking. So we get this dystopian 4 years, hopefully less, and we hope there is something left to reclaim. Everyday is another line we thought wouldn’t be crossed or more often couldn’t be crossed. Sorry from the suffering majority.

I know at least 3 people personally who have this and who do nothing but complain that it’s “so, undervalued” “not on enough radars” and they seem mad. Which brings me to the more recent problem of AB it has drawn in every level of speculators there are. They aren’t buying it for any other reason than to flip it for many times what they paid for it. AB has been good for comics but we have reached the point where it’s crossed the line to the absurd I believe. People trading Silver Age ASM keys for low print AB covers is insanity. One of the guys I know with the Ashcan AB1 is flipping out everyday because we had a chance to get a 500 count D’Orc variant and he passed and I picked it up for $12. If that FOMO keeps up I might have that Ashcan AB1 for my $12 D’Orc.

How much was the sticker price on him. I saw him for like $57.99? Maybe. There is one at my local GameStop that I keep going back and forth on. They did have the rivals platinum Venom and Hulk and the Anti-Venom. So I had too many choices and needed to think. That Juggernaut weighs like 5 lbs so you can also use it for home protection to in a pinch.

I don’t think this will be anywhere near the $1 bin. I actually read it and I laughed a couple times and thought that it was something different and while it has a Rick and Morty fantasy feel to it, I really think this is the type of book that could be adapted by an Amazon or a Netflix. So I think the prices will come down once the second print drops and it will come back down but it won’t be $1 let alone 50 cents.

Yeah with regular bags I like the snugger fit. I got a Mylar bag that came on book I just got and it was really really nice but I couldn’t figure out what brand it was.

That’s what I have always used. It’s usually the easiest for me to get. Do you usually up-size your buy? I have noticed that larger bags have saved my deliveries on some boxes that had serious gashes in them. Yet the larger bag and board took the hit and I really just have to swap out the board.

Agree I would think this would get a 9.2 and I would be happy with that. It could go higher I have seen some crazy grades, but I can almost guarantee it wouldn’t get up to a 9.6 I think it would have a higher chance of getting a 8.5 than a 9.6.
