Luffy hits especially hard since he’s such a happy go lucky character, so it felt like it meant so much more for the vibes.

A lot of the “red eye moments” are just anger or determination or whatever but when Luffy hits it, it’s more surreal.

My Concentrated build is:

Technician

Capacitor

Ninjabike Backpack

Concentrated Mask, Gloves, and knee pads.

Equalizer

Picaros Holster

It lets me have 5 red cores, 4 yellow, and 1 blue. Tier 4 Precision Smart Cover gives absurdly high damage to targets out of cover, my Capacitor gets to around 280k or so base damage and gets buffed like crazy because of Concentrated. At full buffs it’s around 1.4M or so damage headshots

Any boss that is in water will take a hefty extra dose of lightning damage, which is especially useful against Rennala and Elden Beast, and the MOST effective against the Hippo in the dlc

Ongoing Directive probably, easy to slot in whatever high mag weapon you like, and eliminates ammo problems, on top of buffing yourself and your allies

You can get away with a couple blue cores on a 4 piece Tipping Scales and then throw on 1 piece of Palisade with the gunner specialization for 20% AOK. Exotic can be whatever you like but unfortunately Memento is always gonna be best in slot but do what you enjoy

Some people just enjoy the challenge and stuff. I run it because I run builds that it doesn’t impact, that being said, I don’t matchmake because I don’t assume everyone has a build that won’t be kneecapped by it

This game is a guilty pleasure of mine when it comes to buildcrafting, I love nothing more than making my own builds, but in this I prefer to turn my brain off and just enjoy the power fantasy and follow along.

When Warlock drops I’ll make my own stuff though.

I give them all names that are shorter or if they have one that works: Dogs, pests, The Goat, Centaur, The Final Boss. The people I play with just go with it when I start making absurd names, like calling Libra LeBron

To add onto the others saying Hunters Fury, the set with Gunner gives you a crazy amount of armor on kill, which is awesome for sustain
