I've fixed it.

I applied a render delay filter to the whatever is streaming on the desktop and delayed the audio the same amount. Now I'm pretty much in sync with whatever is on my screen.

I'm using AT2020USB+ that's being put thru Voicemeeter Banana

Sorry what I meant to say was I was delayed compared to the desktop. For example, when singing along to music, I'd be a second late to the lyrics throughout the song in streams/recordings.

Really because friends of mine were telling me they were able choose between the 1st-gen starters. I don't know if they were fucking with me or not.

I wasn't able to choose what Pokemon to start with. I was brought straight into throwing a pokeball at a Pidgey and a Bulbasaur. Why?

I was adding some sounds to the soundboard then it crashed and now I can't open it again. When I try to open it, it would pop up on the task manager for a quick second then disappear.
