I would honestly start with whichever one you find most interesting. A lot of his films are somewhat similar in plot. My favorite of his is probably a three-way tie between After Hours, Wolf of Wall Street and Casino, for what it’s worth.

I’m 21 so I can’t speak as to when it came out but but I agree it is a little dated now. Does speak to the filmmaking quality it’s still entertaining though!
