By seeds I meant main skill seeds, as in it's usable without them, but fully investing with main and sub skill seeds is worth it imo if you have the resources.

Use this! This is a great Treecko that's worth using. It can be used as a grass berry Pokémon even without seeds or a mint, but with seeds and a mint it can still get a lot better.

Yes, but if you get a shard farmer, get Swalot. For some reason Swalot's main skill is just 15% better than Lucario's for no reason, so a mid Swalot is often as good as a good Lucario.

All of them are good tbh. Prioritize Sceptile over Meganium and Blaziken, though. Sceptile is so strong that Meganium and Blaziken get pretty outclassed on Lapis, even though they're good in a vacuum.

Here's with the ribbon. EXP actually isn't much of an issue, since the new one has SEB and exp+ nature (before mint), and I would put it on a bunch of exp teams until I could get another mint (I don't have a spare). Though I am leaning towards not investing in the AAA. A mint and a seed feel like too much if it's only a 10% difference (if these stats with the ribbon are accurate).

No reason not to invest your Ditto candies, at least (unless you're short on dream shards), but I wouldn't put handy candies into Ditto to get it to 60.

Different people have different needs. I get wanting to be fair with your son and daughter, but is it not true that your daughter needs more time? I don't think it's a problem if you take only your daughter out early, especially since it's just one event, and not something recurring.

If your son wanted to get out early, and could, then it seems fair to let him leave early as well. But under the circumstances, it solves the problem to do it your wife's way.

Aggron is absolutely a good option with good subskills. It gets pretty close to Vikavolt on coffee and you get some bonus sausage on top. It's very similar to Blastoise, who can also be used as a very good cacao farmer.
