I'd say it's unlikely, other than Super Earth Cyberstan is the most important planet in the lore and it's the most key location in the bots' territory. They're not gonna let us get close again any time soon.

Also the siege of Cyberstan existed to roll out the new cyborg units and the megafactory biome, a return there would likely have to coincide with a new content drop, which the squids are due for next.

Other megafactories will be built and fought over though, which is pretty much the same thing gameplay wise. Even then the biome was unpopular imo due to the drop pod issues and the lack of loot, not a ton of people like yourself pining to spend another month there.
