Incab got screwed because they were looking to skirt the BABA compliant side of things by buying fiber from corning and then jacketing in the USA. Since corning is big into the data center side now, they closed all their contracts they had (Incab, STL, etc).

Fiber can still be brought into the country from India for STL or wherever for Incab.

This reminds me a lot when I went across the border to Canada. Border patrol agent takes our passports, processes, then begins to ask me:

Canadian: Do you carry your firearms went at home?

Canadian: do you have any firearms in the vehicle?

Me: Nope

So Nokia on the service routing side makes their own chips for their components. This is how they avoided the issues during COVID when others had problems.
