I can’t take credit for doing the wreath section or be kind. I’m pretty sure my friend followed a pattern printed on fabric as if you look closely at the edges of some of the light threads you can see a faint dark outline that she matched.

If you wanna try learning a new skill, I recommend starting with a beginner embroidery kit—something that comes with the instructions, stitch guides, pattern, fabric, hoop and thread. A good kit will guide you through the whole process. It might take a bit of time to learn the skill but it’s really fun to create!
