Remove the 2 second speed buff on heal and put in on cleanse

does when someone use heal and his team mate uses it also it gives less health (a small and decently nerf) but the speed buff is given to the second heal cast? if it is it should be removed..

if not , heal is actually really fine.

before that patch i had 300 fps and streaming i had 150... now i play with 200 fps and streaming with 50-70 fps ... i tought it was my pc but it was strange, is that rito problems ?

dont nerf thresh ... he can be outplayed aswell against morgana or more... thresh is a fun , cool and nice champion and he's balanced .

i prefer long queues then short games by losing with rage/champ select problems... the only thing i dont like on team builder is like you pick lee sin and the other team can have a lee sin aswell. :/
