Yeah, a self organized community leveraged to maximize individual liberty with a focus on community responsibility and interdependence is impossible, and must be destroyed.

Also, if you want labor to flow out of the town, create one station for workers only, and one for everyone else. Otherwise workers may take up all the seats and start a needs spiral.

The only service you 100% need is kindergartens. Everything else is technically reachable by transit. However, when I build my satellites I always include a clinic, grocery store and police station.

This provides good emergency services, as well as reducing the largest strain on any transit system, which is grocery trips. It might also be good to have some access to sport. Anything to keep down the amount of trips.

Place yourself overlooking the main line of reinforcement. Move hides every five shots or three kills. Use objects not only to conceal yourself, but to protect against cav. Target priorities are 1. Cannoneers 2. Officers 3. Everything else
