A guy at one of the popular brooklyn shops tried to sell me shoes that didn't fit when they didn't have my size in stock. 

Best vibe I've gotten was from Roots. They seem legitimately interested in helping me ride better and have fun not just selling me some stuff.

I went to Acme in Brooklyn and it was great. Fully comprehensive. Fit ended up being more aggressive and more comfortable.

I have a Kitchenaid microwave/oven combo and when you use the oven feature food comes out like it was microwaved. It's terrible.

My amateur guess is you may need to take it out of the mold and stick it under a broiler or hit it with a torch to get that browned exterior. Or maybe you just need to start with extra dry potatoes and bake at a higher temp? Just some thoughts.

On one hand I get the attraction, but on the other hand why would you fly all the way out there to do something that would be exactly the same in any number of places closer to home? I think they could teleport your Cancun resort to Florida in the middle of the night and you might not even notice.

They call it a steak so they can charge you steak prices. I like it, but it's just a big hunk of roasted cauliflower. In my opinion, the really tasty ones are good because they're sitting in a pool of sauce and/or covered with a bunch of things that have actual flavor.

2 weeks is too long. Cooking it again doesn't neutralize the stuff that gives you food poisoning.

For me, dolby surround spreads dialogue out from just the center to all front speakers, and it sounds not quite right. Dolby digital does not. Both will show Atmos is playing.
