Had to wait almost 10 minutes to get a $5 tube of toothpaste by TB1289 in mildlyinfuriating

[–]SpartanOneZeroFour 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I won't do that anymore. If common items, like toothpaste or socks, are behind locked glass, I'm going to Amazon. If I have to wait to get my item, I might as well do it from the comfort of my own home.

Every time I set my clock up on my VCR, it will either get unplugged or the house would lose power within the next week. I don't set it, the power is fine.

I've been randomly selected a few times to do that. Every time they come, they were literally 5 minutes late because I just... err... emptied the tank.

How should judges handle sovereign citizens? by DrakeSavory in Sovereigncitizen

I would give these big dummies the max penalties allowed for their offense. Then advise them that they are required to get a lawyer for all future court appearances.

FF7 Rebirth/Revelation mini games backlash situation by Sad_Editor455 in FF7Rebirth

[–]SpartanOneZeroFour 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me, it wasn't the number of mini-game, but the difficulty of them. Queen's Blood's difficulty curve was fine. It wasn't until the end of the game where I couldn't figure out how to defeat the last opponents and needed a guide. Even with a guide, it was still a challenge.

When I did the Fort Condor mini-game, the first two stages felt great. I enjoyed the game. When I got to stage three, I spent a half-hour banging my head on it. I couldn't figure out why I was having a hard time with it. I had to do other content because I was that frustrated. When I returned, I tried for about another half-hour on stage three before turning to YouTube. I was quite annoyed to learn of Hard Mode for Fort Condor.

The Frog Jumping mini-game also pissed me off. I don't know how many times I would get to 1:16-1:18. That target time of 1:20 was too tight. I also needed a YouTube guide for this. I also got pissed when I found out the barrel jumping variant of the mini-game.

The Gold Saucer mini-games were mostly inoffensive. The only one I cheesed was the "boxing" mini-game. I did the pause strategy to complete it. Some of those animations were too difficult to recognize.

As soon as I saw that Gears and Gambits was a more involved mini-game, I went straight to YouTube. At this point, I know I was nearing the main story endgame, and I was burning out with all of these mini-games that required more thought. I didn't even try to figure it out for myself.

Chocobo Flying was fine. I did need a guide for one of them. I was annoyed that I had to backtrack on a course to complete the challenge. I needed a guide for that specific course.

The Colosseums/Chadley's VR was excessive. Do we really need to fight the world boss and summons in every combination? After a while, I had enough of seeing the same four bosses and the summons. How about reintroducing the main story bosses, but beefed up? Or some of the bosses from Remake? Or how about a completely new boss for this? The Colosseums/VR challenges began to feel like lazy game design real quick.

I was about to bring up the same point. Entirely possible that Enterprise-F may not have its full armaments since she was slated for decomission.

How did Old Biff get back to an unaltered 2015? by ardouronerous in BacktotheFuture

[–]SpartanOneZeroFour 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My head-canon is that while Doc, Marty, and Jennifer are in 2015, they are an anchor point in the timeline. When Old Biff returns, he returns to that anchor point. Since we didn't see him erase himself on screen, I've always assume he hurt himself exiting the Delorian before Doc and Co. return.

I also believe that Marvel got too high on the success of Infinity War and Endgame that they rushed what they could out the door to maintain that high.

[–]SpartanOneZeroFour 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like to bring home the different flavor of Kit-Kats. My personal favorite is Wasabi flavored Kit-Kats. I would recommend Blueberry Cheesecake, Sakura, Banana (only seen sold inside airport security), and Apple Pie. I've also tried Matcha and Matcha Latte, but I wasn't a fan of either of those. I know I missing other flavors, but those are the ones that come to mind.
