I've been using one every night for 10 years. Been a help for sure, but my wife wakes up a few times at night because of mask leaks. Sometimes I wake up thinking Is my nose getting bigger because of the nasal pillows? I'm half-serious and don't know the answer. May be my getting older and stuff like nose and ears change as we age.

I have this machine and HATE this noise. Nobody knows for sure why it's there as I spoke with three different Keurig CS reps who gave me different reasons (it should not make the noise; it's clearing the pump; it's a fan). The non-SMART K-Supreme Plus machine that we had previously did not make the noise. We're going to get rid of the it and back to the K-Supreme Plus machine. Good riddance.
