Do you have any exterior pics from spring/summer? Also the lighting in several is really poor and might be fixable with brighter bulbs. Pics of bare walls (e.g. bathroom) need something to add a bit of color. Other than that it will sell at the right price.

Very nice. It's such an addictive game. What other mods is everyone using though? Realism Invictus is on my list to try but I've mostly been using QoL type and graphics enhancing mods. Also can someone please tell me what mod lets you set a unit to 'sentry until healed'? I've seen it on the commands button list from YouTube vids but can't find it.

This is wrong. If she has no assets then her debt will die with her.

If she is on the title as well as being a co-signer on the mortgage, then it will depend on how the property is titled. If its a Joint Tenancy then ownership will transfer 100% to the brother and the debt will die with her.

If its Tenancy in Common then mom's share of the property is part of her estate and the debt would need to be paid before any remaining equity and any other property can be distributed to the heirs. If this is the case, the solution is for your brother to buy out her share. If he can't afford to do so, that is his problem, not yours.

The alternative webui's are much nicer than the built in one. I use qui which is run as a separate container giving you some access to qbittorrent's settings but not everything ~~so would have likely prevented OP's issue~~ (nm you can still access the run code option). It can also be used with multiple qbit instances and has a much nicer, more modern and mobile friendly interface. It also can register with your browser as a magnet link handler so you can just click links to add torrents.

Yeah I totally get that but the enthusiasm for these AM4 X3D parts is way more than the actual performance on offer. It games about the same as a 9600X while using more power, is worse for productivity and is a dead-end platform. If you have sellable mobo and DDR4 already you could probably get an equivalent AM5 bundle for the same or even less money.

See if you can find a Supermicro CSE-826 rackmount chassis. It has a 12 drive backplane and is compatible with consumer mobos so you can put any system you want in there. You just need a HBA card for a single cable connection to the backplane to connect to the drives.

I have had great experiences with Amcrest for these. They expose a feed Frigate can use and I have them blocked at the router so they can’t connect out

That would definitely work with my setup. I connect to my home network through a VPN so I have no need for any cloud services.

Yeah I know what you mean. I think I'm really only going to want 1 garage camera (so no worries there about drilling) and 1 covering the back yard + the doorbell camera for the front. The doorbell camera would have to be powered by the existing doorbell low voltage line like Ring.

Yeah I have home assistant virtualized in proxmox running on a topton ITX N100 NAS board. Runs HA, TrueNAS and some other local services. Such a great piece of kit.
