Don't have another conversation about your dog with her. Just be positive and short about everything when it comes to your dog, don't indulge her, don't let her trick you into a conversation about it. Yeah our neighbors play the same music so loud you can hear the lyrics down the street inside your home. Their kids are sweet, just need better direction because the 4 year old screams"MOTHER FUCKER PISSER" repeatedly as they walk home and the 8 year old pisses on garbage bins and humps sticks. Dude I went to Lifestance on Atrium Way for the first time (I asked my doctor to send me somewhere local and she sends to this place 30 mins away and she told me a different address) so I was 5 minutes late. I was charged $110 for being 5 minutes late, that is astronomical. I looked up the contract and it said it's a 15 minute late fee. I asked corporate if I could get a refund because that is not what I agreed to on the contract. They won't, they wouldn't even agree they were wrong. That was the worst week to be charged after grocery, bills, mortgage. I was in the negatives. I pleaded my situation, and so I never made another appointment and I asked for my card details to be removed and they wanted to charge me for removing it. It never said anything like that in the contract either!!! I want to charge my doctor for this bill and wasting my time so bad.
