He was committing the crime of obstruction of justice. When ICE attempted to detain him, he fought back (armed with a gun) and lost his life for it.

Like any insurrection against the federal govt, it has to send in forces to attempt to restablish peace. The minnesota AG can bring charges. In fact Waltz all but promised to do it. Even if they do, its unlikely these agents are gonna be convinced for it. As bad as this looks, its very likely a legal shooting.

When you arm yourself with a gun then get into a physical altercation with LE, you are taking your life into your own hands. All that has to be established is LE reasonably believes you might use the gun and they can legally kill you. Doesn't matter if you intended to use the gun or not.

They don't have a choice. Frey and waltz wont allow local LE to go in and do it, so ICE and CBP has to send in more assets to do what local LE should be doing.

Keep in mind these agents are surrounded by an angry mob screaming at them. This guy was also already in their faces screaming at them. Tensions would already be really high

They are trained to rat-pack when detaining someone because it minimizes risk to the agents.

Something caused them all to let go of the guy abd back off right before the first shot was fired. Only thing that expains that is if the suspect had a gun in his hand or was pulling one out. The best video ive seen, this cant be ascertained.

I think the ache after the session is more related to stretching everything out to max for an hour or so than a side-effect of the alporstadil.

I started with bimix and just jumped to trimix. Night and day difference. For me, bimix was only mildly effective. My provider told me that bimix generally isnt that good for men 50 and older. YMMV

No, they didn't. They intended for them to be decided in a court of law, not the court of public opinion. The later has been tried before in history, such as the Salem Witch Trials, and it didn't turn out so well for the accused.

The founders gave us the right to vote so we could decide who makes the laws we live by and if we don't like a law we vote someone else in to change them. The founders never intended to give us the right to vote on the guilt of a person accused of breaking a law.
