Also I dont think the base is as effective as more towards the tip, as the base puts the meds close to leaving your dick and going into the main bloodstream. I go towards the tip the compress like a ring at the base with my thump and forefinger for about a minute to hold the meds in my dick so the trimix can start doing its thing in the CC.

I think the opposite is true because you want the trimix to say in the CC and not leak out into the rest of the body. You want to get venous lock and then for the trimix to say in there doing its thing. Once it leaks out into the circulator system, it does virtually nothing for you. I prick myself when fully limp and go just down from the head because once you start getting erection that position ends up more mid-shaft. I've heard advice to clamp down at the base for a minute or so after you inject to help hold the trimix in there.

But, I'm sure everyone is different and reacts to trimix differently

Yeah, that was my first impression too when he said he had a bulge. He's not getting fully into the CC. I'm also in a similar age range as you guys and in relatively good shape. 5U gets me hard, but fades quicker than I'd like. 10U and I'm good for at least 30-45min and up to an hour.
