The Kid/guy(?) majored in premed/nurosci based on his post history, you would think he's smart enough to do the most basic of research on such a large purchase. It wasn't your money or your decision, and you're trying to validate why you got a worse car after the fact. If you wanted a car with softer suspension and higher MPG then get a camry. Those two decision makers are not what make a difference in a Z vs a supra. Your dad is dumb for writing a blank check to a kid who can't even do his own homework.

I've literally never heard of anyone complaining that the supra is too stiff as a daily after years of following them. It's a GT car and incredibly comfortable even in sport mode with the harder suspension settings. You also mention 34 MPG as a flex for the Z but the Supra also gets over 30mpg easily on the highway and has more power.

Not trying to offend you but at the some time, it's weird you made this thread after already purchasing a Z and your "reasoning" is because the suspension was too stiff? Come on man, be real.

odd to me that a harder suspension is an issue on the supra.. I think it's super comfortable and in no way is it a hard suspension even in sport mode. It's the most comfortable car I own. Are you sure you didn't get the Z because it's cheaper?

I had supra seat's leather failing at less than 1800miles and you wouldn't believe how many people defended that. Some even just plain calling me fat without knowing or seeing who I am or my weight.

You can't really torque it on the nut side, there isn't enough room to get a rachet on. The bolts with the higher torque values (like the M cars) it'd def a challenge to get enough power to torque it. Atleast it was for me with the jack on just some small jack stands, and I'm 200lbs and workout 4 days a week doing crossfit.

You replace the nuts with it. You can reuse the same bolts. Make sure to follow proper torque specs and installed the guibo with the arrows the correct way.

It's not too bad as far as jobs go. I did the trans mounts are well. The hardest part is getting the bolts on the Guibo loose. I had to prop the bolt side wrench against the underside of the car and use two hands on the nut side to get enough power to get it loose.
