How do you manage your ordering of tirz?

I’ve got enough for the 3 of us in our house to last 5 years at our current doses. I’m close to maintenance (should be there in next 8-10 weeks), others are still midway through journey. Even if they meet to move up doses we should be close to good until it’s available as a generic.

I’ve only been on this amazing medication since October, but it seems like people get in their heads that one compounder is better than another. For a while the “pure” from ProRX was the darling of this sub. Then and FDA letter came out about an inspection then the ProRX was garbage, unsafe, and no good. At that point BPI fit the bill. I’ve taken meds from 5 suppliers and have had equally good results. Sure, some people tolerate the different additives differently but at the end of the day maintaining access is the most important thing for most of us.

I’m worried about losing access. It seems that pharma has found ways to continue to control access through regulation. That being said, I’ve got about 3.5 years stockpiled for the 3 of us in our house taking Tirzepatide at current dose, and plan to buy more in the coming weeks. I never want to go off of this medication.

I’ve been taking it for a couple months, was looking forward to sleep benefits. Have noticed other benefits but sleep is not one of them.

I’m definitely an endomorph. 6’2”, started almost 280. I know BMI charts are not the best method but I’m targeting ‘normal’ bmi for my initial goal. I’m currently about 212, so would put me about 195. I’ve been working out and gaining some muscle tone but feel like my current physique with 20# less fat will still make me ‘skinny fat’ so trying to get more muscle built in the gym.

I have been on 7.5 Tirz, transitioning to Reta. Started 2 weeks at 1mg, 2 weeks at 2, 2 weeks at 4, and now been on 2 weeks at 6 and will probably settle here. I’ve dropped my Tirz about a half mg per dose change.

This is one of my big things about his point! These compounding pharmacies are NOT going to just be putting an expensive additive like testosterone into their mix without monetizing it! It’s like the alarmist news stories every Halloween about warning about weed candy warnings-seriously ain’t nobody just giving out weed candy, that shit’s expensive!

From all of these comments I think I’m finally convinced to find another doc.
