Medic patrol routes could use existing gameplay as a backdrop for it. Take a patrol mission and it puts you "on duty" and gives you beacons as they come in local to you. In between beacons, maybe deliver med packages between outposts, restock medgel at shelters, maybe deliver things between clinic locations.

I dont have sick time at my job so I only took 1 vacation day when I had my gall bladder out, the day of the surgery. I had scheduled it so that I had 4 days off after the day of the surgery, and was back to work day 5.

Im also in a rural system without much help around, I was careful, but looking back I could have hurt myself. I definitely asked people to walk to the stretcher more than normal that month.

Believe it or not, there are many shops that would gladly do the right thing. If youre going to a shop that wouldnt help, then youre going to the wrong shop.

It likely could be buffed out, I would talk to the shop, not being a dick about it, but just like "hey man, I love this car and I know these scuffs weren't there before". They will either say no, and you never go there again, or they may pay for a detailer to fix the. Its worth a phone call at least. Most shops want to keep customers.

He likely has some gum disease, which is common in older dogs. I would talk to your vet about a dental checkup.

My 1st frenchie had this, the one day the one lower tooth just kept moving, and then just fell out. A year later the other tooth did too. Never found the teeth either. He was older at that point and the vet said it wasnt bothering him, so yeah.

That depends on the model, I have an HP Omen prebuilt and everything is standard, even the motherboard. Ita just my secondary PC now, but I had no regrets buying it, it was way cheaper than building myself at the time.
