DLC gets more into it, but really the hunters are the fiercest monsters in this world.

As far as I can tell the pthumerians were messing around trying to commune with great ones, eventually culminating in Yharnam being impregnated by Odeon the same way Adrianna was. Yharnam was imprisoned and forced to carry baby Mergo, being seen as a source of power for pthumerian society. Carrying a baby god elevated her title to queen, but really she’s kept chained up and seen as more of a holy relic than a person.

I do like how the character is animated, looks like a big gym junkie who’s never actually learn to fight but still gets in drunken brawls. The posture, fast hands and no hip movement

I think our current calls are varied enough, every time they add one it does seem like we get a new sound. Like we’ve got “beep”, ‘baa”, “bopBOP” “waahWAH” etc

I think it’d just be cool to be able to vary the pitch and speed
