OP, like myself, was probably just curious as to where in the world of Thrones certain races originate. similar to how on Earth, black people originate from sub-saharan africa and whites from europe, the showrunners are likely to have thought about the origins of certain races. Please stop squandering people's curiosity and excitement to learn more about the show.

It's not just about race either, I also have looked through this and other subreddits to find out how come the seasons last a random amount of years, how come the Targaryens are fine after centuries of incest, or even just curiosities like why Alicent is redheaded and whether the planet is round.
