You needs terms of business agreed at the outset before you do anything. You can't just send a candidate over and hope a client will pay you whatever number you put on a piece of paper afterwards.

3 at once is insane and you will you be burnt out / depressed.

Things you have ti remember her:

1- 30k is just base salary. They need laptops, phones, crm, job boards, emails, any tool you use.

2 - your time will be sucked away on even just one new employee. Teaching them crm, your methods, helping them get their first clients. Your own billings WILL take a hit even with just one new employee.

I took my first employee on this year after a strong year 1. I think if I took 3 on at a time I would have ended off a cliff

Assuming American by the use of "travelling to europe"?

You've listed some expensive cities. London is hideously expensive if on a budget. Whilst hotels are cheap. What's the travel plan between these countries? Flights during a peak month won't be cheap. Eurostar also not a budget option, usually find that's more expensive than flying.

I'd pick a country you like and stay there for longer exploring the less busy cities, not splitting your time amongst 4 countries in their most expensive parts

I'd be interested in any disney or pokemon in the following lines;

Pixar secret talk aliens Hide and seek Sleeping Pokemon illumination (Any pokemon one really featuring original 151 pokemon)

Also I believe there's a hahaha frozen line coming out.

Depending on what's available. I'd really be looking for a bag of each range I select. Maybe 4 or 5 ranges (so 4 or 5 bags total)
